The Church Properties Board is responsible for the care and custody of the real and personal property of the Glenview Community Church. This board researches, initiates and oversees improvements to the facility as directed by the congregation.

It monitors the use of the church facility by outside individuals, groups and organizations. This board is also responsible for the processes and procedures used to plan for major capital improvement projects.

Many of the board members have experience in construction, maintenance, real estate development, architecture or a related field.
