Nativity Scene Setup – 12/7.  MM teams with Properties Board to set up the Nativity Scene on the GCC south lawn (we also help take it down, but that date varies each year).  VOLUNTEERS – around six are needed in total.  TIME – usually about 2 hours starting at 9:00 am.

AJH Donation Pickup.  Year-round.  In addition to serving at AJH twice a year, the MM picks up donations once a month from Gordon Food Service and Whole Foods on the Saturday before the first Sunday of the month (one of the days when GCC serves at AJH each month).  VOLUNTEERS – 4 each month.  TIME – 9:00am -10:30am on the noted Saturday once a month.

Snow Shoveling.  Winter.  MM shovels the walks around GCC on Sunday morning when it snows on Saturday night.  We also shovel on Saturday when there is an event, on a best efforts basis. We have 4-5 teams so it ends up being once a month or less.  VOLUNTEERS – We look for volunteers who live relatively close to GCC so it is easy to get here when the snow falls.  TIME – 1-2 hours
